Yes we do. We have always made it a priority to provide clients with the convenience of seeing in order to believe. Everyone of our retail outlets has a showroom area however, it is also our policy to allow the customer to customize their purchase. This means looking through our offerings and choosing the right productfor you.

Gretpro adheres to state laws in its dealings. This means we accept applicable forms of payment with the acception of some product lines that we deem require a cash purchase only. We therefore tailor our cash flow to allow for continuity in the provision of high quality safety gear, hardware and accessories

At Gretpro we have always aimed to providing more than expected, This means surpassing expectations in price, quality and of course quantity. You can buy bulk with ease. We have mechanisms to ensure timely delivery and high standards to ensure quality.

Gretpro does deliver purchased products. This however is dependent not only on the range and quantity of purchased products but also on the geographical location of the client. As an example a client in Harare having purchased bulk goods across a certain range and price point can have goods delivered free as opposed to one who has purchased only a pair of PVC gloves. With regards to out-of-Harare clients, delivery is charged as a seperate service. However we are inclined to negotiate with our clients to maintain client satisfaction and mutual profitability.

While we are not mainstream in this department we have quite a solid range of hardware we reatil and can procur for our clients. An example is welding rods and gear. Not only do we do PPE for welding but also the retail of related hardware. This goes for most industrial applications including construction were for example we have a sister company that manufactures and retails paints.

We are a firm believer in relationships, infact we understand that every client should be offered; over and above, service that should allow him or her to reorder from us. Our doors are always open and yes the purchase of a product from us is not the end of a relationship with us; it's infact the beginning of one.
